Absolitely fantastic, unbelievable location and such a stunning city
10.0Thew room was beautiful and the location even better. The balcony looking over the canal an absolute treat. We had a great stay and will most definitely be back.

Nice trip to Venice lovely hotel just not the best location
8.0The bed and pillows were so comfortable, large bathroom very clean throughout the building. The air conditioning worked well and you could feel this throughout the property. Nice welcome bottle of prosecco and 2 water bottles a day. Helped me arrange private transfers which I was so grateful for I would have never found the hotel on arrival in the dark.
− It was difficult to find due to even google maps struggled as did I especially in the dark. It was very noisy which did keep me awake you could hear boats and people talking shouting very early in the morning throwing bottles. If you want somewhere peaceful for a lie in or to get an afternoon nap this is not the place due to its location. Rooms are in incredibly dark not enough lightening in the main room. Shower was either freezing or burning.
Friendly staff, clean hotel. It was just very hard to locate.

− Very hard to find. The name of hotel was on a very small plaque on door.
Excellent place to stay if you want a beautiful view, gorgeous room and close to everything!
10.0We loved this property! It was close to everything and was beautiful inside. We had a lovely view on the canals and the private taxi can drop you off right at the front door. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
