9.0Check-in was fast and smooth. The location is convenient and easy to get around from. The staff were very helpful, they assisted us with exchanging money from USD to LAK at a fair rate, and helped us arrange train tickets to Luang Prabang in advance, which is especially helpful since foreigners cannot easily book these themselves. The room is your typical Ibis setup, simple, clean, and has everything you need. The shower pressure was especially strong, which we really liked.
