8.0Perfect location in the heart of Palm Beach, free curbside parking between 5pm and 9am just around the corner. Very helpful and friendly front desk, we even got a free room upgrade.
Good value for money, rooms were clean and comfortable. Little bit of a distance from any bars or restaurants.

− The security could be better. The reception desk is not 24/7 and you use a pin pad to gain entry to the main door out of hours. The door remains unlocked for about 30 secs after opening. On the last morning of my stay, after returning from an early morning jog I was ‘tail gated’ through the door by somebody who was obviously not staying at the hotel. I challenged her and she admitted she had just come in to use the lobby WC for a wash and brush up. I told her to leave. The WiFi on the first floor is weak and dropped out on several occasions.
