1.0− Cheguei à tarde, bem depois da hora do check-out e me fizeram esperar uma hora e meia porque tinham esquecido de limpar o quarto escolhido e não quiseram me dar um outro quarto. Após isso me disseram que eu deveria esperar mais 40 minutos e eu ia perdeu um compromisso. Pedi para cancelar e eles me disseram que cancelariam no dia seguinte e não o fizeram...

− O colchão péssimo Falta de mesa de cabeceira Tomada no banheiro que isso eu já havia reclamado em outra hospedagem e achei que com a reforma havia melhorado, O box do banheiro é muito pequeno no quanto que fiquei! E o mal cheiro que tinha no banheiro de esgoto!
