7.0The Location, the pool ,the room and the price.A shout out to the member of staff who was really helpful and friendly. He was the late night early morning guy .He also organised a takeaway breakfast.
− The guy who checked me in didn't tell me anything about the hotel and just gave me my key for the room . He then wanted me to pay in full when I was walking out of the hotel to dinner an hour later.

7.0The room was spacious and the outdoor swimming pool was great.
− The breakfast was average. I think it can get better. When checking in, the staff requested that I pay in cash, saying that they can't receive card payment . He said that their card payment system was down due to the national holidays. Absolutely ridiculous.

Good location, nice rooms, very worthwhile
8.0Did not expect a full suite when booking, the room was very large and comfortable. Excellent location in the centre of town and a decent breakfast buffet.
− Some of the guys at the front desk could have been a bit more helpful with some customer service. Also, taxi’s couldn’t access the property, so had to carry luggage about 500m from main road. Forgot to mention to the staff that there was a small leak in the bathroom ceiling with some water dripping onto the sink
