− O café da manhã deixa a desejar,com frutas muitas vezes passadas.O hotel não oferece mais o serviço de buffet e o hóspede precisa preencher um papel indicando o que quer comer no café da manhã do dia seguinte e o horário que deseja que seja servido no quarto.Não gostei,pois não tem como repetir algum item e principalmente,limita a escolha das frutas pela visualização por exemplo . Outros pontos negativos foram a falta de limpeza do quarto nos dias que estivemos lá e o estado desgastado dos móveis do apto.

− A Colchão da cama de casal é mole Nos não somos obesos. Colchão ajuda a deitar e provoca torcicolo nas pessoas, não tem utensílios. Faça, garfo, o colher, isto é essencial! Nem tudo se come na rua. Utensílios de cozinha é essencial.

− Do café da manhã, poderia ser melhor. O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionou, estava sem controle, e sentimos falta de um cobertorzinho.

− a limpeza dos quartos deixou muito a desejar, a cozinha é boa, mas estava suja e não tinha panela pra usar, não justifica a cozinha. Não possui agua, nem pra comprar.
