Good except for the plunging issue, the bathroom door kept locking on its own.
8.0The suite was very nice and clean!
− Our toilet was clogged when we got there. Had to ask for a plunger- maintenance didn’t answer. Simon at the desk was very helpful, he located the plunger and I plunged my own toilet! Also our door to the bathroom kept locking on its own which caused some panic at times!

10.0This is a very nice facility that we have stayed at a few times while visiting the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green. During this most recent trip, Mia provided us excellent customer service by helping us fix a reservation that we messed up. She went above and beyond to give us great service! We will stay here every time we come to Bowling Green. The rooms are very spacious and clean.
Nice 3 day stay
10.0Easy check In polite desk people. Room clean and bright. Comfortable beds. Pillows took a bit to find the one that fit me. Hallways and from what I saw in the 3 days we are in town for a wedding was great. With my background in facilities I try and let the workers know what I see and pass on the good job they do. I spoke with a gentleman doing some repairs on the 3rd floor and let him know and then ran into a lady. I know I’ll spell her name wrong Sumico??? And she used her phone as a translator as I told her as well. Pleased with the stay as well as the quiet location.

− Didn't like the breakfast hours. The toilet seat in our room needed repair. I thought the price of the hotel was a little steep.
