Ubicacion y atencion

− La vista de mi habitacion no wra la esperada y que estaba en el primer piso

Buena ubicación, pero robaron de mi habitación

Me gustó la ubicación, que está cercano a centro comercial con todos sus servicios de restaurant, cines, supermercado, etc.

− Tengo la QUEJA por la DESAPARICIÓN de la habitación de prendas de vestir: 2 juegos de body (ropa interior) de mi esposa, uno usado y otro limpio, desaparición que fue reportada a Recepción y la jefa de ama de llaves en el momento oportuno (cuando aun estábamos alojados en el Hotel). A la fecha estoy a la espera de la respuesta/aclaración que iban a darme después de su investigación interna y revisión de cámaras, pero aún NO se han comunicado conmigo al respecto. Habíamos visitado este mismo hotel 3-4 veces en los últimos 2 años con mi familia por una estancia de 3 a 4 noches, y no había tenido un ROBO como en esta ocasión.
