− Front desk was only covered by 1 person that was expected to do everything. The elevator was dirty. Curtains were hard to close.

9.0Nice physical size of room, bathroom. Nice appliances, A/C was user controlled.
− There weren't enough lights in the room. It was too dark. There was ONE bedside lamp and one POLE lamp beside the desk table. The other light in the room was the door ceiling light. As a result, there was no reading lamp by the easy chair. That's wrong! I told the morning desk clerk and he reeked of freshly-smoked marijuana and didn't seem to think that his boss ought to know that two lamps were missing from that room. (Judgement impaired?!)

− Bathroom floor was sooooooo sticky, light bulb burnt out, no toilet paper. Bathroom sink and shower tile looked dirty

− Our room was missing many items from body wash in the shower to coffee maker, microwave, and luggage stand.
