3.0− Personalen skickade aldrig ut bekräftelsen för komma in i lägenheten. Vi fick stå vänta länge mitt ute i natten. Ringde på akut telefonen men personen som svarade var väldigt otrevlig, pratade inte engelska och blev irriterad för att jag inte förstod vad hon sa. Hon la på telefonen flera gånger när jag ringde. Urdålig service!

8.0Pulizia e facilità di fare in autonomia il check in. Stanza normale ma dotata di tutti i comfort. La colazione è possibile farla proprio ad un minuto dal b&b, quindi comodissimo! Ampio parcheggio e facilmente accessibile.
− Magari inserire delle zanzariere, la piastrina non è sufficiente! E non essendoci colazione ma una macchinetta del caffè, sarebbe carino trovare almeno delle cialde!
