9.0Perfectly located and within walking distance of many historical sites. The room was comfortable with a modern ensuite and was cleaned daily. Steve was so helpful, advising good restaurants and making reservations on our behalf, booking taxi's etc, nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast included was in a lovely bakery/cafe two minutes away, consisted a choice of delicious croissants/pastries, cheese and ham toastie, coffee/tea and fruit juice. We had a great stay here!

10.0The hotel is placed in a great location. Everything was in a 20-25 min. walking ratio, near bus and airport shuffle bus stations. The room was huge and recently restored. The greatest asset of the hotel was Stefano. He was beyond excellency, really helpful, polite and available at all times. We thank him for everything.

9.0The hotel is across the street from the police station. Out daughter was traveling alone so this was very important to us. The hotel needed 3 keys to use, with the third going into the room. Steve was inconstant contact with her, making us very happy. She loved the breakfast which was certificate presented at a cafe down the street. This place is a gem and rightly so has earned its high ratings.

9.0We were very pleased with our stay at Residenz Elizaberh it is located very close to the old town and close to the bus shuttle to Fumicino airport. Stefano managing the hotel is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back 😊
