Varenna is a beautiful place to visit. Expect slow and rude service at every restaurant.
8.0The location is perfect! The two women - Titi and the other are super friendly and very helpful.
− The waitress' at the hotel restaurant are extremely rude, unfriendly and miserable people. Food was decent, but as with every where else in the small city, very expensive for what you get.

− Nous avions une chambre mansardée, tout était conforme, rien à redire, mais à la reflexion, si nous revenons, nous prendrons un chambre "normale" car pour voir le lac , soit il faut se coucher, soit il faut monter sur une chaise.

10.0This was a beautiful hotel in a perfect location right by the water and the ferry station. The room was spacious and had a gorgeous view, and the staff was very accomodating.
