9.0Love this place! Have been 4 times now and keep coming back! The location is amazing! The surf break and beach just there is s so good! Their new Renos are great! The new bungalows are clean and new. Love it here!

− The hot water was not working for the first two days until I realize the gas was out on the heater I think things like this need to be checked to make sure prior to arrival
