nice location but Air conditioner was not working well which made the room hard to stay in

− Air condition was not working well, the room was very hot, even fter they changed our room and gave us another room, but the same issue, we didnt report again because it was useless to report again as it seems

Beautiful hotel. No air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave.
4.0The property is beautiful and steps from the Metro.
− The air conditioning was broken and we were not notified of this at check-in. We were profusely sweating in our room. I went down to let the front desk know that our room was 31 C and they provided me with a fan and said that all the rooms air is out. We booked another hotel and left within hours of checkin.
