Очень красивый отель отличное расположение. Номер большой, кровать удобная. Есть тапочки, халаты и т п. Персонал очень дружелюбный и профессиональный!

Nice hotel convenient for the event we were attending. Quiet location.

− Unfortunately the room had a few issues :- The plug in the bath was broken it said to pull and turn but in doing this it came away. No bottled water in the room Struggled to switch off the lights over the bed dimmer switch was not working properly. Need a bit of TLC.to bring it up to scratch

I stayed across the road in the Barbican Rooms. It was very quiet but away from the facilities of the hotel. Comfy bed

− They tried to bump me to a stay up on City Rd in Montcalm East which is out in the boondocks in London terms. They told me at 14.30 the night before my stay (which was booked the week before) I spent a lot of time on hold in call centres trying to sort out either a refund or a stay in the Brewery or Royal hotels. Eventually I found out at 10 am on the day of my 2 night stay they’d found a room for me. A lot of unnecessary stress and a waste of my time. Would make me think twice about booking again.
