L'annonce faisait etat d'un studio avec vue sur la montagne or, on a eu un studio au niveau -1 avec vue sur le parking... Tres beau studio pour un concierge pas pour des vacances en famille. Du coup, le balcon qui aurait pu etre agreable etzit inutilisable à cause du va et vient des gens et des voitures qui stationnaient aux pieds du balcon. En arrivant nous avons trouve des restes de cafe des precedents locataires alors qu'il y avait soit disant eu une desinfection "covid" De l'appartement. J'ai rendu les restes à l'accueil, aucune reaction C'est d'ailleurs la seule fois ou j'ai vu quelqu'un avec 'le jour du départ. Quand j'ai fait etat des nombreux dysfonctionnementsbde l'etablissement ils m'ont dit que ce n'etait pas de leur faute mais celle du site de location. Je pense que j'ai laisse l'appartement plus propre que nous ne l'avions eu. Je deconseille vivement cet etablissement.

Une résidence qui aurait grandement besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Les habillages de la baignoire sont délabrés, des infiltrations d'eau sous le lino du sol le moisisse et c'est absolument pas propre. Le ménage est fait à la va vite entre les locations et les fenêtres n'ont même pour certaines surement jamais été nettoyées. Literie moyenne sauf le convertible du salon ou il est absolument impossible de dormir vu la dureté et l'absence totale de confort.

Piscine très froide

La piscine est soit disant chauffée mais elle ne l'est pas! Je me suis renseigné à l'accueil et la directrice m'a dit que ça ne fonctionnait pas depuis plusieurs années. Je lui et dit qu'il ne fallait pas marqué sur le panneau d'entrée que l'eau était à 28 degrés alors qu'elle ne dépasse pas les 19 degrés. Si vous choisissez cet établissement pour la piscine passez votre chemin vous ne pourrez pas y aller.
