10.0Gostei do conforto das camas, do ambiente climatizado e muito limpo. A vista também foi ótima, fiquei no 7 andar... quarto 704!
− Se desligar o ar condicionado é impossível dormir devido ao barulho que dá para ouvir dos outros quartos dos demais hóspedes... tenho rinite e não curto mt ar condicionado, mas tive que dormir com o ar, devido ao barulho audível dos demais quartos. Também tinha apenas 1 sabonete em barra para 2 adultos . Tinha shampo e condicionador 2 em 1. Mas o sabonete do banheiro tinha apenas 1 em barra para se limpar...

− Uma observação que acredito poder contribuir para a melhoria da experiência dos hóspedes é que os funcionários do hotel (administração e outros setores) utilizam o café da manhã ao mesmo tempo que os hóspedes. Embora isso não tenha comprometido minha estadia, achei que a prática gera um pouco de movimento e pode causar a sensação de um ambiente mais tumultuado durante o café. Talvez disponibilizar um horário específico para a equipe pudesse proporcionar uma experiência mais tranquila aos hospedes.

− O ar condicionado não estava funcionando. A tv se desconectava a todo momento. Acredito que ao final, a automatização tinha proclamas.
