− La gestión del pago, después de haber pagado por booking, me han retenido dos veces el precio de una noche y ahora a esperar a que me lo devuelvan. El desayuno poco variado y lo que se gasta no reponen, aunque aún quede más de 1 hora de desayuno.

The staff, Roberta and Riana were wonderful.

− The property is very old and had musty smell. The air conditioning needs to be replaced. Actually, the whole place needs to be revamped.
