2.0The property is outdated and not safe around the area. Not clean and no privacy.

6.0Very average basic property with thin walls so could hear lots of noise especially in the morning. Not the cleanest either. Staff are helpful booking taxi for us and also doing our laundry for $10. Breakfast also basic, with bread, some fruit and eggs. It is far from most things, we had to take a cab regularly. Decent Artisanal market close by.

10.0Our stay at La Casa de las Rosas was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, and every corner of the place feels warm and inviting. You can tell there's a lot of care behind everything they do. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cuenca. A peaceful, charming experience that we’d love to repeat.
