− La professionalità della struttura non esiste, avevo prenotato una camera facendo presente che con me e mia moglie viaggiava mio figlio un neonato di appena 10 mesi, quindi avevo chiesto espressamente se la struttura aveva alcuni standard di cui la presenza di aria condizionata, invece giungendo sul posto non solo non venivo informato che il clima non era funzionante, ma ero stato messo in attesa con un bimbo di soli 10 mesi al caldo per sentirmi dire che non si poteva fare nulla, lamentandomi mi hanno detto che mi rimborsavano tramite bonifico nell’immediato, invece allo stato attuale non solo non mi hanno rimborsato, ma mi palleggiano con il rimborso fra la direttrice e la struttura, quindi ormai sarò costretto ad agire per vie legali, sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura poco professionale.

Complimenti al pochissimo personale, gentilissimo e premuroso a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente, complimenti al bagnino che tutto fare, pittore, muratore e giardiniere, praticamente inesistente in piscina
− L'hotel in questo momento non merita le 4 stelle ma e da 2 stelle, in piscina pochi ombrelloni e quelli che ci sono rotti, anche le sdraio pochi e qualcuno con il telo strappato, mancanza totale del bagnino, in piscina nessun servizio (bar chiuso), nessuna animazione. Il condizionatore ha funzionato soltanto un giorno, fortunatamente il personale ha provveduto con il ventilatore. Peccato perché la struttura meriterebbe molto ma molto di più.

Siamo stati solo un giorno, ci siamo trovati benissimo! Staff accogliente , location bellissima, la piscina grande e pulita . Complimenti torneremo sicuramente!
