7.0− The WiFi signal is so weak which makes our stay not as good as we expect Other than that the property was perfect Public bath area was just ok as it is small , we stay at our own room for most of the time for onsen instead.

9.0It was truly a wonderful experience. My whole family was satisfied. The hot springs, food, and accommodation were all excellent. The staff were kind as well.
− There was nothing particularly disappointing, but if I had to pick one thing, it was a little far from the main street. Still, it was within walking distance.
