The location was good . The bedding was clean

− There was no hot water for showers! The bathroom needed a good clean. The sliding door on bathroom didn’t seem to work properly. The carpets and curtains need to be cleaned, if not replaced.

It was a budget motel and the price fairly reflected that. All basic services were provided for - the room was clean. Had basic cooking facilities - microwave, kettle etc.

− The one criticism was that the room did not have the expected sheer lace curtains, only the heavy curtains to keep out light. Therefore, you could open the heavy curtains unless you wanted the whole world to be able to look in the room with full view through the large ceiling to floor windows and sliding glass door. Consequently, we could not enjoy the wintre day's sunshine and warmth otherwise everyone going by would see into the room..

− We were cold, thin blankets and insufficient heating The cleanliness was disgraceful Management has been really hard to deal with, plaster holding the freezer plastic tray together. There was pee marks on the walls of the toilet The flannels were ripped. Toilet holders broken off Overall a very horrible stay, $290 for the night. It was my daughter's 13th borthday and she woke up to people arguing and spewn out our back door from the next door room. When talking ti management about our situation and requesting a refund she has tried to get out of it every time. Not happy at all

Good comms, easy to arrange late check in. Modern clean cosy room. Close to fast food and diary. Walking distance.

− No shampoo, conditioner or bodywash the containers were empty.

− We were really disappointed with this place. Extremely outdated and run down with no care to the rooms or property. It was advertised as having 2 tv’s but in the bedroom it was just an old tv bracket on the wall. The heater had rust marks and weird red stains, when turned on it smelt like smoke so we turned it off. The blankets provided were too small for the bed and too thin for the cold winter nights and the pillows were really old and in wrong sized pillow cases so we actually had to go to Kmart and purchase blankets and pillows. There was pubic hair on the sheets of the bed. It was also advertised as one of the beds being a pull out sofa bed. Hardly. It was a ripped and broken single size futon and the base had a piece of sharp metal that cut open my young child’s leg. We stated how many children we had/beds needed but still had to go ask for bedding for the pull out couch. The shower was a dribble but still somehow flooded and overflowed onto the ground. The curtains had holes that allowed light to come through and the room had a really strange smell that closely resembled cat food. We had no choice but to stay there as we had called around and no other accommodation had vacancies. I felt really bad for the kids as they told us it was scary and the beds weren’t comfortable. When we arrived it took 10 phone calls and a drive around the property before we could actually check in as no one answered the phone and no one was at the check in desk. Really disappointed as it took us a long time to save the money for a small family get away.

− Very unprofessional to have given a room different to what I had booked. Nothing similar to the photos shown when booking. But no reduction of payment. No wifi. I had to use mobile data. No air conditioning unit. Coil heater only. No toiletries as advertised.
