10.0This place is amazing! The staff, the facilities and food are top notch! I will warn you, if you have tattoos, you cannot use the public onsen bath. Such a relaxing place and will visit again! Thank you to the staff who were so kind, accommodating and very friendly!

6.0バイキングの味噌汁のマシンに味噌が入っていなく味がなかったり、コーヒーが粉とお湯が分離していたり、もう少し管理されるとよかったと思います。

10.0いくら食べ放題が楽しみで行きましたが、他の食べ物も作りたてのものが多くで、食べすぎちゃいました！！ 食べ放題付きプランは2度目でしたが、2回とも満足です！！ ベッドの快適さについては、おおむね普通です！ゆったり夜朝温泉に浸かって、気持ちよく過ごせました！！

6.0館内は靴下で歩くシステムでしたが、外からキャリーを持ち込み引かれる方もいて、不衛生に感じました。また、部屋が空気清浄機を付けてもカビ臭かった。朝食のいくらかけ放題が美味しいかったので⭐️３つにしました。
