Yuzanso staff was amazing and courteous. During dinner service staff was very attentive and explained the meals he maximize experience. The area didn’t have much to do but close to train station (Yuzano staff offered free shuttle rides to and back from station)

同級生の旅行、6名で利用させて頂きました。 宿泊したお部屋の、エグゼクティブ里山（和洋室）は掘りごたつの和室があり、夜もその部屋でみんなでワイワイくつろぐことができ、楽しい時間を過ごさせてもらいました。 夕食で出して頂いた、鰻のじゅんじゅん鍋も鰻が焼いてあり香ばしく、とても美味しかったです。夕食、朝食ともに沢山の品数でお腹いっぱい美味しく頂きました。 部屋の露天風呂も、大浴場もどちらも最高でした。 機会があれば、また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have several staff that are able to speak some english so that was a great help because my japanese is limited. My family had a comfortable stay and had a great time at the onsen!

この度は残念ながら、良い評価を差し上げられません。二、三十年前から何度も楽しい想い出を頂いたのに大変残念です。 規則もてなしの点で以前より失望の念を抱きました。孫が楽しみにしていたブールが時間的に全く使えなかったことは期待はずれでした。その上今回は何よりフロント スタッフの不行届な思い込み軽率な 判断で実に不愉快な思いをいたしました。 駐車場の管理体制が事の発端ですが 一連対応スタッフの教育 に問題があると思いました。部屋でお詫びされ朝食の際心遣いを頂いたかた、全てのスタッフの皆さんを責めるわけではありません。 客の立場に立脚したホスピタリティーの対応教育を経営者の方どうかもう一度 心して考え直して下さい。。 アルバムにある三代に渡る雄山荘での過去の楽しい家族写真が空しく思います。 貴社のより一層の奮闘を願います。

The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.

Pool access available from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.

Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
