Comfortable bed, friendly atmosphere, helpful staff

− A bit cold in the unheated dorm in mid winter - okay for sleeping, very cosy in bed, but not warm enough for a quiet place to rest earlier in the evening

Good room, friendly atmosphere, helpful staff, good kitchen and lounge, lovely garden, clean

− Both a shower and a toilet were out of order so only one of each available on ground floor. Toilet paper ran out one evening which was inconvenient.

Great backpackers hostel. Love that the owners care about bringing travelers together. Location was peaceful and the kitchen was well-stocked. There was a car park if you’re arriving by car.

− It’s an old-fashioned backpackers hostel, so expect thin walls and the occasional noisy guest.
