− Needed a microwave in the room and carpets could use replacing to laminate flooring. Also a new rubber mat in bathtub

− Extremely disappointed that upon arrival (an hour after check in time) the room was still not ready for another additional 40 mins. In addition to other small requests like having a working remote control for the tv. Or requesting a call from the manager which even after a week no return call or anything. Not pleased with the customer service at all. Overpriced for the service.

10.0Room clean. Check in efficient. Staff all friendly. Bed was comfortable. Ample pillows. Fridge a plus. Good coffee. TV worked well. Close to airport.
