− The guest room was very disappointing for the price. • There was no air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortable during the warm July weather. • There wasn’t even a basic coffee machine in the room. • The bathroom developed an unpleasant odor after use. • Other than the bed, the furniture felt cheap. The chairs were extremely small—to the point that an average-sized adult could not sit comfortably. • We stayed on the first floor, and the hallway carpet looked worn and felt more like a budget motel than a luxury hotel. • While breakfast was decent, it lacked many features typically expected at a 4-star hotel, such as a toaster and a made-to-order egg or omelet station. • Guests were assigned the same breakfast table every morning, which felt unusual and limiting. • The spa was just average, with a very small hot tub, and both the sauna and steam room didn’t open until 3:00 PM, significantly limiting their usefulness. • The front desk is only staffed until 9:30 PM, which is surprising for a hotel at this price point and can be inconvenient if you need assistance later in the evening.
