Quaint with amazing service

Quaint hotel in the city of Aley. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We appreciate that they went out of their way to go to a store at night and pick up some necessities for us (they would not even accept a tip). The WiFi worked well. The hotel room itself was very spacious but old and definitely needs renovation. The A/C only worked in the bedroom and cleanliness could be improved. But overall, I would stay here again.

the hotel needs to be updated with maintenance , almost nothing was working , the people working there are very professional and trying their very best to cover up the problems , they kept apologizing
