Fantastic stay.
10.0The Hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Location is excellent. My sister and I cannot say enough about the staff, especially Guillermo, Grett and Frank. I have already booked us to return in August for a short weekend getaway.

Great service and Location
10.0We stayed in the Gale after our flight was cancelled and we had an unexpected nights stay in Miami South Beach . The hotel was clean and had a great rooftop pool you were also able to use the beach and the pool at the hotel across the Road which was also really nice . It was in a great location for bars and restaurants and night life and central South beach . The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for you and a big shout out to Rudy, he helped us at check in and gave us a room upgrade . The hotel was also accommodating in giving us a late check out which worked out better with our flight times . Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here .
Amazing Experience!
10.0I had a great stay at the Gale Hotel. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from Gret at the front office. Gret was incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and made the experience seamless from check-in to check-out. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference. Thank you, Gret, for the outstanding hospitality!
Never again!
2.0Never again!! This is what we got for over $600 a night! Below is exactly what I emailed the manager, "Prior to arrival, we contacted the front desk to request early check-in and were advised that while they would “do their best,” our room would absolutely be ready by the guaranteed 4:00 PM check-in time. We arrived shortly after 2:00 PM and were again assured the room would be ready at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, 4:00 PM came and went, and our room was still unavailable. We were not able to access our accommodations until 5:11 PM — more than an hour past the guaranteed check-in time. This significantly disrupted our plans and cut into the limited time we had to prepare for important evening reservations. What was even more disappointing was the actual condition of the room and property once we finally checked in. Room 318 was clearly not reflective of the quality, cleanliness, or presentation represented on your website or expected at nearly $600 per night. The carpet was heavily worn, visibly stained, and had an unpleasant odor. The courtyard area was also poorly maintained, with bird droppings left on the seating and tables, giving the impression that the area had not been cleaned prior to guest use. To further compound the experience, valet retrieval upon checkout took over 20 minutes, and the attendant handling our vehicle was discourteous and dismissive. This was not a minor inconvenience or an isolated issue — it was a series of service and hospitality failures that fell well below the standards associated with both Hilton and The Gale Hotel brand experience. We booked this stay based on the representations made online and the expectation of a quality experience commensurate with the rate charged. Unfortunately, the stay did not deliver on those promises in any meaningful way." This text above is exactly what I emailed the manager. To which he replied with a weak apology and a credit of a resort fee of $41!! This was not a $600 room. Even $150 would be too much for the quality of this hotel!
Great location, small room
8.0The pros: great location and we liked the beach access amenities via the Sagamore (though you definitely pay for it in the resort fee). Nice staff and we didn't have any sound issues (staying on the second floor, probably mid-building facing the side street). The cons: The room (standard two queen) was small, like NYC small. And the bathroom setup isn't really conducive for families as there wasn't a door for the bathroom (only the WC). Bed was very comfortable.
