8.0Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück.
− Ich habe Zimmer für eine Gruppe von 31 Personen auf 2 verscheidenen Plattformen in insgesamt 4 verschiedenen Buchungen gebucht. Ein Teil der Zimmer wurde von mir bezahlt, ein Teil war vor Ort zu bezahlen. Ich gebe zu, dass das eine komplexe Situation ist, aber die Organisation war damit anscheinend überfordert. Wir haben mehrfach eindeutig falsche Auskünfte bekommen, was ärgerlich war. Die Abstimmung zwischen der Restaurant-Rechnung und der Hotelrechnung war auch etwas holprig und zeitraubend. Es gibt also Verbesserungspotential.
