− The bathroom. There was no shower in our room. We used a tub with a hand held shower, the water did not flow down

2.0− This hotel is clearly lacking in maintenance, and it shows everywhere you look. The bathroom fittings were loose and felt like they could come off the wall at any moment, tiles are cracked and the shower hardly drains. The TV remote was literally held together with tape, and the TV itself is so outdated that we had to physically remove the cable just to watch anything. The carpets throughout were worn and tired. Overall, a poor experience. The property feels neglected, and basic upkeep is being ignored. I wouldn't recommend staying here until the owners invest in some serious refurbishment
Very average for a four star hotel.

− Unnecessary delays at check in even though we arrived just after 14h00. Receptionist, like the bar area, was cold and uninviting.
