Prices include accommodations, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices allowing browsing and email use, as well as charges and taxes (excluding tourism tax and application fees). The residence is proudly certified **Green Key (Clef Verte)**, reflecting its commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices. Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost. For an extra fee, guests may request a specific accommodations location by contacting the residence directly; contact details are available on the booking confirmation.
For any invoice requests, the name used will be the one indicated on the reservation. If the total amount of the stay is not paid within the timeframe defined in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancelation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges, and credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Please note that only two accommodations types are equipped to welcome guests with reduced mobility: the Standard Two-Room Apartment (4-5 People) and the Standard Three-Room House (6-7 People). The paddling pool is currently out of service.

Please remember that stays booked under a “Nonrefundable” rate are neither exchangeable, refundable nor modifiable, and no modification or cancelation request will be accepted.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
