One of the worst stays
1.0Staff is good.
− So many things to complain about. The twin suite rooms are not clean at all. Curtains are dirty, and walls have stains and seepage marks. I upgraded to a deluxe suite, and that is also not that great. The AC grills are filled with dirt, and the electrical controller keys are dirty. The shower is not functioning properly. Even worse is that I found a live cockroach in the bread basket at the breakfast buffet.
Good location okay quality rooms not for family on weekends

− Very old and non functional rooms, after several complaints raised I was upgraded to a good room on top floors finally. The rooms on first and second floors are usually rented out for short time for small groups for drinks party. So imagine the quality if those rooms
