Unfortunately the booking service did the Motel a disservice.
6.0Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to talk too. the facility was reasonable but a bit sparce. The method of contacting any one was very drawn out and that i put down to booking.com We wanted to increase our stay by one day we had to cancel our original booking and then rebook. If this had not been so difficult it could have been done very easily but trying to find a simple method took 3 "b" days. Where is Booking. com Phone Number ??? , this results in a poor score which reflect badly on the motel as well.
− I did not like "booking.com" and I think surely, they can improve on this and make it simple to cancel a bookings and make it easier for both parties. Put customers "First" and not the provider??
