Simple hotel
10.0The room rates are very affordable, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near the MRT station. Special thanks to the front desk staff SACHI for helping us call a taxi in the evening. The service was efficient, and the taxi arrived very quickly. The front desk staff were friendly, always greeted guests warmly. It was also very convenient that we could order souvenirs such as pineapple cakes at the front desk. This is especially helpful for tourists, as it's easy to place a large order all at once. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely come back again.

9.0Comfortable room and the location is right in the heart of Ximending. Staffs were very friendly and promptly acted to our requests.
Overall, we had a good stay at Swiio Hotel. I just think that the price could be a little lower.
8.0The hotel is located in the Ximending area. The reception is clean and comfy. They have a luggage scale at the reception area which is very useful for travelers.
− I would agree that the walls are thin and you can hear the sounds, albeit muffled, whether it’s the next room or down the hallway. The standard room is also a bit small and the luggage will need to opened in the room’s entryway.
