− Limpeza deixa a desejar. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo. Café da manhã muito tumultuado. Vale a hospedagem apenas pelas crianças, pois o espaço kids realmente é muito bom. Hotel precisando de reforma.

− A limpeza dos quartos deixou muito a desejar. As camareiras ao arrumarem a cama não tinham cuidado com os itens que estavam sobre as camas e arremesavam pra onde o nariz apontava. Ademais, os móveis permaneciam sujos desde a chegada. O travesseiro das camas eram horríveis, finos e duros. O café da manhã não tinha comida tipica como cuca, chimia, sagu.
Estadia ótima, recomendo para quem tem crianças pequenas pois vale muito a pena.
9.0Atendimento ótimo pela recepção,o café da manhã é maravilhoso.A localização ótima e o que nos levou a fazer a reserva pelas crianças,pois Somos uma família com duas crianças pequenas de 5 e 10 anos,então o que nos chamou atenção ao reservar o hotel era o espaço kids, quando chegamos nos surpreendemos com o tamanho do espaço e brinquedos e os cuidados que as monitoras tinham com as crianças,uso de pulseira de identificação com número do celular dos pais caso os pais queiram deixar as crianças no espaço,foram excelentes.
− ÚNICA coisa: hotel é mais antigo,precisa de manutenção pois ele é ótimo,os elevadores são antigos e um não funcionava, os móveis do quarto são mais velhos, não utilizei o ar condicionado, mas apesar de ser antigo no banheiro e no quarto estava tudo funcionando na nossa estadia.
