− Restauranten kunne være bedre, den er dyr i forhold til andre spisesteder og maden bar præg af at være tilpasset tourister, hvilket for nogen er fint, men en del af autenciteten forsvinder.

This was our second stay at Bangsak Village, and overall we enjoyed it again. Peaceful, quiet, good location, comfortable and safe with good food. The hotel is relatively small, or at least feels that way (which is a huge positive), and the location is quiet and quite remote (TB110 per person for a bus one way to town - no return service so TB300 minimum to get home). We always stay in the cottages. Some seem newer or more recently renovated than others, but overall they are comfortable. The pool is small but perfectly adequate. Breakfast is good, as is the food in the hotel restaurant, although prices are higher than at the small local restaurants nearby. There are several very good local places within easy reach. My wife also had a massage at the hotel and it was very good. Very clean beach though more for dipping than swimming as the waves can be quite rough.

− The main negative for us is smoking. Guests smoke around the pool and outside the cottages, and the hotel doesn’t seem to enforce any restrictions - although marked the no smoking signs are aged and seemingly ignored by inconsiderate smokers. As some cottages are semi-detached, you can also smell smoke from your neighbours. At times, parts of the hotel can feel like a smoking area. The semi-detached cottages also mean you can hear your neighbours, so this depends very much on who is staying next door. The reception staff could also benefit from more training. Overall, there is sometimes a feeling that nobody is really in charge or overseeing the guest experience. Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay and returned because we like the quiet location, smaller feel and relaxed atmosphere. We will return again.

− De locatie, een beetje afgelegen. Echter kan men heel gemakkelijk met de taxi de stad of een andere bestemming bereiken.

− parking souvent complet le soir panne électricité dans la chambre 2 fois, intervention rapide pour réparer.
