A really nice hotel near Tallinn’s old town

It was close to the old town, restaurants, and easy to find. I liked how the hotel was in an older building, but the interior was cozy. The staff were so open and kind. They were quick to answer questions I had prior to booking, and before we arrived. The room was exactly what we wanted, and had everything we needed.

Good location and nice neighborhood with nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

− Extremely limited breakfast with instant porridge packets, bread, croissants, cheese, cucumber, boiled eggs, and some ham. No fresh coffee, just lukewarm stuff from a thermos. We were told the breakfast was gluten-free friendly, but the main items the entire breakfast was built on (bread & croissants) were not available gluten-free. To make it worse, it's served downstairs in what is actually a Chinese restaurant, so you're eating your morning eggs with the lingering smell of last night's cooking in the air. The imagery on the walls was neither something to enjoy with your first cupper during the early morning hours. At 13 euros per person, this was a joke: the café next door serves espresso-based coffee and proper pancakes etc. for less, also gluten free. Whatever photos this hotel is using online, they must be old or heavily edited, because the reality is a tired, scruffy space that's seen much better days. Our bedside lamp didn't work, and only one side of the bed even had a bedside table. Basic maintenance seems to have been skipped for a while. No elevator: getting to the upper floors means climbing stairs, and the stretch from the second to the third floor is a narrow, awkward staircase accessed through a separate door, which is not fun with luggage. We had no hot water for the entire stay. When we raised it with staff, we were simply refused any compensation. It was only through Booking.com, not the hotel, that we received some compensation. Front desk staff had limited English and evening staff barely looked up when guests walked past. There is a bar with a terrace opposite to the hotel and the music accompanied by a loudly chatting crowd was somewhat disturbing sleep loo during nightime. 1/5:  Would not recommend, especially at this price. You can find better hotels nearby with the same or better standards at comparable rates. Not going back.

− Rezervācijā rakstīts ir auto stāvvieta , kas dzīvē ir Europark stāvvieta par 8EUR , kas būtu ok , bet izrakstoties no viesnīcas stāvvieta jāpamet un iznāk jums stāvvieta izmaksā 8 eiro par nakti, bet ja pērkat pa tiešo no Europark , tad tā pati stāvvieta par to pašu cenu ir uz 24h .
