9.0La habitación muy cómoda para mi y mis hijos. Estupenda la ubicación de hostal, Frente a la estación del Metro - Callao -, a pocas cuadras de la Plaza España, de la Glorieta de Cibeles. El desayuno variado, rico y con buena atención de las jóvenes.
− Llegamos en domingo, quizas por ello el asensor estaba sucio. La entrada del edificio no es bonita, pero luego se entra al hostal y ya cambia el panorama. No se puede mantener nada en la nevera porque la energia de la habitación se pausa cuando se quita la tarjeta de ingreso, sería importante mantener por lo menos este electrodoméstico con energía independiente.

− No me gustó el edificio donde se encuentra el hostal, se veía muy estropeado aunque no tenía nada que ver con el hostal que está todo reformado

− El funcionamiento del ascensor era deficiente, necesitan actualizarlo, era una incomodidad para todos, tenias que esperar mucho tiempo para poder usarlo
