− Slitet hotell, med mycket trasigt i våra två hotellrum, saker man borde åtgärdat. Våra barn blev lovade att få nyttja deras "tv-rum" av en personal. När barnen gick dit blev de bortjagad av annan personal.

− Shower attachment loose, security lock on door incomplete. Blinds on window tricky to manipulate.
Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Londynu.
6.0Hotel jest świetnie skomunikowany z całym Londynem. Pokoje jak na zdjęciach. Śniadania były ok - zawsze było też miejsce.
− Wiedziałem przed przyjazdem, że nie będzie klimatyzacji w pokoju. Nie spodziewałem się jednak takich upałów. Lepiej było wyjść jak najszybciej z pokoju niż w nim siedzieć. Wiatraki niewiele pomagały.
