La atención de Leidy la recepcionista, muy atenta y diligente

− La atención de Yefer, le pregunté algo y por poco me pega, todo el tiempo pendiente del celular y parece que le molestara que los huéspedes lo interrumpieron.

El hotel cumple con lo que ofrece y la atención del personal es realmente excelente.

El hotel cumple correctamente con lo ofrecido. La habitación estaba bien, el desayuno también fue bueno y hay varios restaurantes cerca, lo que resulta cómodo para salir a comer. Quiero destacar especialmente al personal, que fue excelente, siempre amable, atento y con muy buena predisposición. La atención fue uno de los puntos más positivos de la estadía.

− Mi habitación daba hacia la calle y por la noche había bastante ruido, por lo que puede resultar incómodo si buscás descansar en un ambiente tranquilo. En cuanto a la zona, personalmente no fue de las que más me gustaron. Hay muchísimo movimiento, vendedores ambulantes y la playa suele estar bastante concurrida, por lo que para mi gusto pierde un poco esa sensación de tranquilidad que busco en un destino de playa. De todas formas, esto último es una apreciación personal sobre la zona y no sobre el alojamiento en sí, ya que el hotel cumple con lo que ofrece y la atención del personal es realmente excelente.

La cercanía a la playa y atención del personal

− El desayuno es poco variado, todos los días ofrecen lo mismo. Las habitaciones son poco confortables y se siente mucho ruido desde la calle (tuve que pedir cambio de habitación por este motivo). Se debe pedir que hagan el aseo a las habitaciones, no es algo que se hace a diario como en todos los hoteles.

− Aire acondicionado en mal estado, mojo toda la ropa que estaba en el closet. Ventana del baño daba hacia una cama de la habitación 🤮 Desayunos no apetecibles, todos los días lo mismo
