Pathetic experience, one of the worst. They don’t deserve even 1 star
1.0Nothing, the staff is rude and misbehaves a lot. Not just with us. We observed the staff having a very rude conversation with one South Indian family too
− Everything, they charged me 1,19,000 for a week long stay. I stayed only 1 night and they refused to refund for the reminder of the nights. Booking.com confirmed they had no issue in processing the refund. The greedy management still didn’t processed the refund.
