If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours (7.00-20.00), please inform Airport Palms Motel in advance for after-hours access instructions, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
There is a free transfer service to and from Christchurch Airport. Please contact the hotel on arrival at Christchurch Airport for the shuttle to take you to the motel. The shuttle service runs Monday to Friday 7:00-20:00 and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 8:00-20:00 hours. The service is not available on 25 December.
