− When I came in to check in staff was not friendly like he was mad at me. That was my first time in holiday inn and seems I don’t want to visit on this hotel again because of what that staff treated me.

Room not ready 3 hours after check in time. Dirty room.

They had a good breakfast

− We arrived at 6PM after traveling for 16hours on the road. Check in time was 3PM. They told us they did not have a room ready. When I expressed frustration I was told I could go get food and come back, that it could be up to another 30 minutes because they are short staffed. 3 hours late on a room is ridiculous. Then when we got into the room it had an odor. Like dirt and sweat. I’m thinking it was the carpet because it was disgusting. As the night when on I noticed more issues, loose tiles on the floor, broken or loose shower amenities, dirty mirror, dirty toilet, loose hand rails in the shower, and again the smell from the carpet. I had a two year old with me and wasn’t even comfortable letting him play on the ground it was so dirty. I was so disappointed that u actually canceled out next stay. We were supposed to stay at this location on the way home and I booked somewhere else because we did not want to stay here again, let alone for $150/night. Very disappointing.

Just spent a night while passing through. The room was clean and comfortable. No vent in the bathroom so it got steamy but didn't bother me. Nice lobby area.
