− Cuando llegue a mi habitacion fue decepcionante; el piso flotante inflado, y mi pieza tenia un olor fuerte a marihuana que venia del pasillo, y los portazos a cada rato de habitaciones del mismo pasillo, realmente desde que salias del ascensor se sentia el olor a marihuana. Tuve que pedir cambio de habitacion porque realmente estuve 20 min y fue insoportable, el personal ante mi reclamo reacciono inmediatamente y me cambiaron a una habitacion mucho mejor y mas tranquila y dijeron que se harian cargo del problema en la habitacion anterior( espero haya sido verdad) pero encuentro inaceptable que por el valor que pague por una noche pasen estas cosas

10.0La ubicación nos encantó, las camas, la atención, todo super bien. Yo reservé habitaciones con camas individuales, pero ellos las agotaron para la primera noche, aun así nos dieron camas matrimoniales y luego ellos mismos nos hicieron el cambio a las habitaciones de nosotras. Además nos hicieron una regalía del desayuno por esta situación, fueron super compreensivos por la situación y muy amables.
