Einfaches, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und super Frühstück

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielseitig. Das Zimmer wurde immer sehr sauber geputzt und aufgeräumt. Das Personal wirkte immer motiviert, freundlich und kompetent. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal.

− Das Bett war sehr unbequem und das Einzelzimmer ist sehr klein.

La colazione è fornita di tante alternative, la dipendente è molto gentile.

− Sconsiglio questa struttura a chiunque, in particolare alle famiglie. Quello che doveva essere un weekend di relax si è trasformato in un'esperienza pessima a causa dello stato di abbandono e degrado in cui versa l'hotel. Ecco i fatti riscontrati durante il soggiorno: CAMERA INSALUBRE: All'accensione dell'aria condizionata, l'apparecchio ha iniziato a gocciolare sopra il letto singolo sottostante. Tutta la stanza era pervasa da un forte e persistente odore di muffa. BAGNO INACCETTABILE: Condizioni igieniche ai minimi storici. Profonde incrostazioni marroni di sporco e calcare all'interno del water, pareti della doccia piene di muffa e intonaco scrostato, e il gruppo del sifone della doccia che non si reggeva in piedi. Il rubinetto del lavandino, intasato dal calcare, faceva uscire pochissima acqua e in modo totalmente deviato. SICUREZZA E PRIMO SOCCORSO INESISTENTI: A seguito di un piccolo infortunio in mare che ha coinvolto mia figlia, abbiamo richiesto l'accesso alla cassetta del primo soccorso (obbligatoria per legge). Ci è stato consegnato del materiale scandaloso: una benda sterile sigillata alla meglio con dello scotch adesivo e un flacone di disinfettante scaduto da mesi (scadenza febbraio 2026). Alle nostre proteste, il responsabile si è giustificato dicendo che avrebbe ricomprato il materiale solo il lunedì successivo. La manutenzione ordinaria e la pulizia profonda in questo hotel sono del tutto assenti. Pagare per un servizio del genere, che mette a rischio anche la salute e la sicurezza degli ospiti, è inaccettabile. Statene alla larga.

La colazione era semplice, ma buona e la signora che ci dava la colazione la mattina molto cordiale, infatti la colazione non era a buffet. La posizione dell'hotel era ottima perché stava vicino al mare e vicino alla pineta che comunque dava sul mare e da dove si poteva fare la passeggiata sul lungomare che abbiamo fatto l'ultima sera. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consiglierei, ci ritornerò volentieri!!!! La camera che avevano noi non aveva il balcone ma l'hotel ha una bellissima terrazza dove ci sta uno stendino in cui si può stendere la roba. Unica nota negativa é che in camera non ci stava il frigo, vero é che non ho provato a chiedere se potevo usare il frigo che stava giù....
