10.0Good accommodation with a good variety of food spread during the breakfast buffet. Recommend this hotel for a business/leisure stay. The services rendered by Babbly, Ritika, and Komal were superb.

5.0− During my stay, It was disheatening to see that the front desk team was standing for their entire shift without any seating options. Staff well-being directly impacts guest experience, and seeing employees treated this way makes it hard to believe guest comfort is a genuine priority. How can guests expect exceptional care when management doesn't extend basic consideration to its own team?
