Posizione centrale, spazi delle camere ampi ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato soprattutto per famiglie o piccoli gruppi che si adattano all'offerta.

− L'accessibilità dell'abitazione (principalmente il portone di ingresso e la scala a chiocciola nell'abitazione) non è il massimo per persone con ridotta mobilità. Nell'appartamento inoltre diverse luci non funzionavano, rendendolo poco luminoso.

Excellent location in a quiet yet central area, within walking distance of the Louvre and many cafés and restaurants. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for a family stay. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and smooth check-in process.

− Sale, et surtout personne n’a répondu à nos attentes malgré les relances. Pas de lumière dans l’entrée, parties communes pas entretenues canapé très sale, sol très abîmé et espace moyennement entretenu.

Principalmente a ubicación y las facilidades que nos dio el anfitrión. El barrio es fantástico, buen ambiente, muchas opciones de desayuno/comida/cena, y a 10 minutos caminando del Louvre. Comodísimo. El alojamiento estaba limpio y ordenado, además nos dejaron opciones de café y té para poder desayunar. Menaje completo en cocina, juego de toallas para todos los huéspedes y, en general, el apartamento estaba equipado para cubrir todas las necesidades básicas. Muy buena estancia!

− El portal y la fachada del edificio estaban en obras, lo cual era un poco incómodo y deslucía la ubicación del apartamento. No obstante, fue una condición de cual nos avisaron con antelación. Otro inconveniente es que en la planta baja sólo hay un baño, y el apartamento está la planta superior, al cual se accede por una escalera de caracol. Esto dificulta la accesibilidad. Añadir que, siendo un apartamento que admite a 10 personas, una sola ducha me parece insuficiente. Pero todo esto por contar la realidad porque, repito, nosotros estuvimos contentos.
