Apartamento nuevo y equipado, que podría ser de 10, si se enfocaran más al cliente.
8.0El apartamento es nuevo y da gusto, el mio era pequeño pero no necesitaba más. Sabia bien que habia elegido el semisótano, tiene un patio y se pueden abrir bien las ventanas. Al estar nuevo y moderno da muy buena impresión. Sabia que hay escaleras, no fue un problema para mi.
− En el apartamento por el que pagué 1500 euros una semana, no había ni una sola silla. Hay cocina y no puedes siquiera sentarte a comer o trabajar..?? Pedí una y me dijeron que no podían facilitarla, ni siquiera una plegable. Cierto que en las fotos no había silla, pero quién facilita instalaciones para cocinar y no poder comer? Todo en la cama o de pie. Se oye mucho el ruido de la gente del pasillo - maletas de quien llega tarde, conversaciones, el fin de semana la juerga... - , y en verano porque no hay A/C y hay que abrir las ventanas, todo el ruido de los otros apartamentos. No hay A/C pero si hay un ventilador, que hace mucho ruido. La cafetera es Nespresso Vertuo y para 7 noches dejaron 3 cápsulas. No esperaba que nadie viniera a reponer o limpiar o nada, asi lo dice el anuncio. Vertuo es un tipo de cápsulas que solo se encuentran en las tiendas Nespresso y la mas cercana está a más de 20 min caminando. Teniendo un montón de supermercados a 1 min donde comprar otras cápsulas, es como si no hubiera cafetera

9.0Struttura facile da raggiungere con i mezzi, in un’ottima posizione, vicino anche a bar/ristoranti e supermercati. istruzioni chiare per entrare ed uscire sia dal palazzo che dalla porta della stanza. Stanza e cucina ben fornite, anche se avere qualche posata in più non sarebbe stato male.
− Stanza all’ultimo piano (4 o 5 non ricordo) senza ascensore, scale molto ripide e strette, quindi con la valigia è stato un po’ scomodo e faticoso salire. Palazzo molto caldo, come anche la camera. Fortunatamente eravamo all’ultimo piano e aprendo le finestre potevamo fare un po’ di corrente. Prezzo un po’ alto per la dimensione della stanza. Stanza un po’ piccola. Letto piccolo. Bagno piccolo.
