8.0− Asunto ei ollut sisutettu viihtyisäksi. Kahvinkeitin piti pestä perusteellisesti ennen käyttöä. Roskien vienti ei onnistunut ovikoodi ei toiminut. Asunto oli pölyinen. Vaihtakaa tyynyt.

− Huono sänky, sänky oli liian pieni. Äitini putosi yöllä sängystä nukkuessaan. eikä parkkipaikkaa ole. Asiakaspalvelu ei vastaa puhelimeen iltaisin. Yritimme etsiä parkkipaikkaa yli tunnin yöllä. En ymmärrä, miksi omistaja ei voi järjestää tai vuokrata parkkipaikkaa vieraille. Asunnon lähellä on paljon pakolaisia, joten kadulla käveleminen yöllä tuntuu turvattomalta. Ne nuoret ihmiset myös vaeltelevat alueella keskellä yötä ja huutelevat kovaan ääneen, mikä saa olon tuntumaan erittäin turvattomalta. Uloskirjautumisen jälkeen meille soitettiin ja kerrottiin, että olimme muka unohtaneet tavaroita majoituspaikkaan. Lähdimme heti ajamaan takaisin tarkistamaan asian, mutta perille päästyämme kävi ilmi, että majoittaja oli sekoittanut asunnot keskenään. Emme olleet unohtaneet sinne mitään.

− 1) En tiedä mistä roskalavalta sängyt on haettu, kun ne on eri paria ja jouset ihan hajalla. Näissä oli tosi paha nukkua ja vaikutti negatiivisesti lomaan. 2) Lähetimme pyynnön check-outin siirtämisestä myöhempään, mistä oli maininta sivuilla, mutta siihen vastattiin vasta lähtöpäivän iltapäivänä kun olimme jo lähteneet tunteja sitten
